Great Starbucks! A little small if you want to sit to enjoy your coffee or if you are going with a group of people, and if is cold season and you can only sit inside. The staff is super friendly and they will make your order perfect. The place is most of times very clean, however in times of snow and high traffic it is very hard to keep the floor cleans so it’s understandable.
Ordered similar orders in the same week, one on Tuesday and the other items on Red Cup day. Both orders were placed at the cash register at around 9 am. Tuesday’s order was well arranged, everything was packed nicely together with the extra dry cappuccino actually being light as a feather…just beautiful. Within this time after placing my order Tuesday, the manager pulled the person aside I ordered from and corrected them on how to handle a customer like me that comes in, from what I heard it was not the time or place to correct as the complete order came out perfectly. As for Red Cup day, I forgot a breakfast sandwich in the mix, the cappuccino was heavy heavy, not a great experience. Busy yes, I mean Red Cup day tho either the corrections from the manager throwing employees off their game same employee made both cappuccinos, different register human or a different set of process each employee follows makes visiting this Starbucks disorganized/unexpected. Definitely will give this Starbucks another try at some point.

This is the most consistent, reliable Starbucks. Been going here for years and my mobile orders are always done quickly and correctly. Staff is always so friendly even during the busiest of times
Picked up and got home to find the danish covered in what looks like coffee dust.
I don’t come here often but it was the second time I visited this location in the last couple months and both times I was not satisfied w my product. Especially this last time. I bought a chickpea protein box and the snappeas were rotten and the avocado was all brown. It all looked rotten but didn’t realize til I arrived home 15 mins later and called to request a refund and refused and told me I had to bring it back to show them. As if I would try to scam a Starbucks for $5. Just so ridiculous. Why are rotten products even being sold ?? V disappointed.
Staff is so rude. The one guy I loved and made my drinks perfect got fired. He seemed like the most hard working while everyone else was slow and didn’t care.
Absolutely the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Poorly run. Coffee is good though....but not wait for an hour good. Edit: down to 1. Didn't even make the drink right after an hour.
This is the second time I've walked out because I was not waited on. The first time I tried the be patient. Maybe the people are new? I waited 10 minutes. It literally took me a half hour to get a cup of coffee and I was late for work. This time sorry no patients 5 minutes is too long to stand at a coffee shop counter and not be acknowledged. Anyone want my Starbucks gift cards?
Slow service, mobile pickup was very disorganized recently. Several people were waiting in line for pickup while their drinks sat getting cold, because no one was attending to mobile order pickups. I understand Covid has made it impossible for the standard pickup counter, and that drinks have to be kept behind the protective wall now, but that means an employee needs to be gathering names and handing out drinks as people come in.
