Nice atmosphere! Can get pretty busy but The staff is always friendly and works at a fast pace. If theres something wrong with your order they fix it happily! (And not being rude while you do it) Starbucks coffee is pretty much the same from store to store but this is a nice place to sit down while enjoying some coffee.

I think I turned into a ghost the moment I entered. 4 front counter employees never greeted me let alone made eye contact with me. It wasn't even busy. After standing there for a few mins I walked out. Bigsby coffee has never made me feel that way the hundreds of times I've been there. This was my 1st time at Starbucks and my last.

Baristas are always friendly, quick service and off menu ordering doesn't get you a dirty look or attitude.
