I arrived with only one person in front of me. After their order was taken I was asked to wait a moment, no problem! 8ish mins later, with two more people behind me I put my items back and walked away. This is the third time this has happened, resulting in me being unable to rate the actual quality of beverages. Service so incredibly slow.

This is the most DIRTIEST STARBUCKS I've visit, I was in line for 10 minutes but decided not purchase because it was a flies all over the place.

Customer service was great! Just the drinks weren't that good. (Frappes) Hopefully with a little work they'll get better.

The people working were too busy chatting with off-duty employees to make their customers drinks. Then they chatted with each other. Drinks unmade. Worst Starbucks experience.
