Starbucks

I absolutely love the consistency of Starbucks, they have consistently wrote my name wrong for the past three years. If you need ideas for a new name this is the perfect place for this.nKeep up the good work

Ordered some drinks last night. One of them a hot cinnamon dolce latte was *solid*. Like you could feel and hear the solid drink hit the walls of the cup. Not sure if the whipped cream was curdled or if the milk was or both, but it was horrible

Was super excited for the return of the lavender matcha but was deeply disappointed by the appearance of the drink, after spending $16 on 2 drinks and asking the barista why the cold foam is sinking to the bottom and not appearing like advertised. They proceeded to tell me, that is how it is supposed to be and that the way it's advertised is not how it is made Supposed to be purple then green but is all green. One employee was willing to make another drink to prove me wrong while the other employee just kept saying the results won't change, making me feel like I was an inconvenience.

Thursday afternoon, service is slow, with 5 people working in the back and barely 5 customers in here. Took over 10mins to get my drink, a caramel frap …which turned out to be good!
