Starbucks

Drinks were great but service was a bit slow. I am used to the drive up window causing a slow down for in store customer s but there were no customers in the drive up line. Both my husband and I manage to visit the bathroom and return before our drinks hit the bar.

Quick stop for, guess what? Coffee and bathroom. Clean, large, friendly staff. Drive thru if you want it.

The customer service at this location is particularly disappointing. My drinks were often incorrect and on one occasion, I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order that was never fulfilled due to missing ingredients but never notified until I addressed a manager. I avoid this location.

Caramel Apple Cider! Yes, you heard me. I don't drink coffee, but they have Caramel Apple Cider, and it is fantastic. They also have some of the best bittersweet hot chocolate you can find.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Forget the other locations in Twin Falls, this is the place to go; even if it is out your normal way. The staff is (almost) always super friendly and they are always willing to remake a drink if it is not perfect to your satisfaction. They actually take the time to get to you know your name and your drink if you are a regular customer. After going to other locations for years before this one opened, they never took the time to be personable. So absolutely go to this location over any other! 10 out of 5 stars!
