I ordered a tall, triple shot, non-fat latte and got a Venti tripple....so instead of making a new coffee they poured the mistake into a tall cup and over-poured so the cup was filthy, and wet....tried to pass it off as a new coffee...to much turn over there is only one person that is good at making coffee.... to many health violations I seen to list, I'm not going back; a new Beans and Brew opened up so will be going there...

Coffee is delicious, service is a tiny bit slower and of course the coffee is a little pricey for my taste. It was an overall good experience though.
