My drip coffee was fine. I ordered an Americano to go. I don't personally drink them. I watched the batista make the Americano. She poured espresso in a cup and then added hot tap water. My sister said it was weak and lukewarm. Undrinkable. For the price Starbucks charges, this was unacceptable.
