Starbucks

Waiting inside for a coffee, overhear the person working the drive through mentioning to the other employees that customers are backing out of the drive through and leaving. One employee just laughs and says 'oh well'. Drive through employee was not happy with her coworkers response. I guess with that attitude, no wonder it takes 20 minutes for a cappuccino. Good thing City Brew will be opening soon.

Maple pecan is delicious 😋☕, can't go wrong with a white mocha, also I can't wait for the holiday drink chestnut praline!!! I always get my son a decaf caramel frap, they offer it as a cream..but it's waay too sweet and tastes like straight sugar so you might as well get it with the caffeine and tastes so different than a usual frap..so decaf is still good and for people who don't want the extra boost from the caffeine just go decaf.

Just like every other Starbucks I have been to. The only problem I had was the seating available and the customers. A long bar type of table, with about 10 chairs. Then about 6 tables with 4 chairs each. I had a meeting with 4 people, and no tables were available, because individuals decided to take the group table instead of sitting at the bar. So we had to sit outside while it was raining.

Everytime I walk into this Starbucks no one says hello. Greetings needs improvement. I really wanted a donut but there are flys in the case. I can't believe they got my drink out in a timely manner. Where is management.

There is a girl named Heaven that works at this Starbuck with the most amazing, bubbly personality. Great staff and Service☺
