I visited Starbucks, at location 311 bayfield today at around 1:30 pm. Actually I got scheduled an interview there. They offered me a drink, I ordered pecan crunch oat latte there, I really liked the quality of the drink, it was made perfectly. I have never tasted starbucks drinks before. But overall, this is the best drink I've ever tasted. The employees are awesome. The manager of the store is very friendly. Overall, the best experience.
Last night around 6pm, I went to Starbucks on Bayfield Street and I ordered a Strawberry Açai refresher with water. I got the drink and it was barely pink in colour. I took one sip of the drink and it was pretty much pure water, barely any taste. I took it back and reordered it with lemonade. It was very obvious that they just dumped some out and added a tiny bit of lemonade. I could tell because it was still very light pink, barely any ice, and all the strawberries were gone from the cup. If I wasn’t on my way to work, I would have returned for a refund. I order these drinks a lot, and have never had one this awful. I won’t be going back to that location. Whomever was making my drink last night needs some retraining because they do not know how to make drinks. Very disappointing and 1 star is too generous.
Busy place. But the workers try there best to get the line moving and keep everyone happy.nnNever have I ever got the wrong order given to me..nor were they cheap on the whip cream toppings.nnThat's the way ALL BUSINESSES SHOULD BE LIKE.
Worst service I have ever had at starbucks. First the lady taking my order just stood at another counter just blankly staring at me and not calling me to give order and i had to approach to place my order and then my order was just kept on the counter with me waiting and nobody called my name or order and I was waiting for 5 minutes when I realized my order was there the whole time and the lid was not fitted properly over the cup also thankfully i noticed that. Worst Starbucks service ever
Love this Starbucks, Jennifer was amazing and so kind, and made one of the best frapps I’ve ever had. Definitely come to this location!!
