Went there on a Saturday to get a coffee with my mom it was before closing but still store hours. The lady looks at us as soon as we walk through the door after serving a group of girls and told us they were about to close. Nothing else so I assumed she didn’t want to take our order and walked out. Just disappointed with how she communicated and not getting our coffee.
Our drink was made incorrectly after being placed in the drive thru. When we asked the drive thru worker about it she was immediately off putting and not very kind. Did not offer to work with us and fix it at all just kept saying that this is what we ordered. We also tried the new s’mores cold brew. Not worth the money there was hardly any cold foam on it just tasted like a regular cold brew expect you pay extra money. Overall this location is typically outstandingly nice however this time, was not. Breakfast food was good as usual.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Bre, I was treating myself to a Starbucks cuss my day was going to be insane. As I pulled up her warm and personal greeting got me out of my head and made me smile. I then got to the window and we had to wait for my egg bits, it was cold but she didn't close the window, she kept talking to me asking if my day was going to be busy and connecting with me. I have to say in a world that is lacking connection you totally know it and feel it when its given. THANK YOU Bre!!! And Starbucks since then has not been a treat, its my morning stop because of that services!
Drinks are good, the place is clean, and there’s lots of seating, which I really like. But the music is so unbelievably loud—it feels like a concert in here. People come to Starbucks to concentrate, get work done, or talk with friends, and you literally have to yell just to have a conversation. Turning the music down a bit would make this place way more enjoyable.
I had a really frustrating experience at Starbucks today. I was standing alone at the counter for about 7–8 minutes waiting to place my order. The staff were all talking among themselves and no one acknowledged me or even said “we’ll be right with you.”nnWhat made it worse was that they clearly saw me standing there, but still no one came to take my order. I was on a short work break and couldn’t wait any longer, so I had to leave without ordering anything.nnIt’s disappointing because good customer service starts with simply acknowledging customers. I understand being busy, but completely ignoring someone is not acceptable. I hope the management looks into this and improves staff attentiveness.
