Caramel machiato oat milk tasted burnt, then asked for a new one, the barista happily obliged and made a new one, but I noticed the milk was sitting in the steamer, I’m not sure how it’s meant to be, but the milk tasted burnt again, so maybe there’s an issue with the steam wand, management should implement some quality control because the coffee was subpar and unenjoyable, I don’t want to use a third cup for the same issue to occur. They were busy, but for $7 I’d expect a higher quality of product. Staff was warm and bubbly, looks like a training issue.
The most friendly, welcoming, and hardworking starbucks staff in North America. I've been to hundreds of stores but this one is by far the fastest, and they do it with grace. Keep up the amazing work, we appreciate you!!!
