I recently visited the Starbucks in Vancouver and was impressed by the cozy ambiance and friendly staff. The modern decor combined with comfortable seating made it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. The baristas were attentive and prepared my latte perfectly. However, it was quite busy during peak hours, which made finding a seat challenging. Despite that, the quality of coffee and service was excellent. A reliable choice for coffee lovers in Vancouver.
I love how you get a choice between in-store pick up or drive-through or even ordering inside. the washrooms are great. The width of the drive-through is exceptional! Great for trucks.
I have to say, I absolutely love this starbucks. They usually always get my order right, mind you, I always order the same thing but the consistency is good but more importantly the staff there are so amazing, kind and just generally happy. There is one particular Barista named Nestor who is absolutely fantastic. He is so happy and friendly with every single person that goes in there and he just generally make my day happier and better! Top Notch customer service from Nestor. He is absolutely fantastic and could be doing many great things as a career. There is absolutely nothing wrong with working at Starbucks but he is just such a fantastic person and employee and so wonderful with customer service I could see him doing many great things :- thank you Nestor! :- and thank you Starbucks on Boyd Street!
It's great if you go through the drive thru. As a walk in customer it's only great if you like watching the drive thru receive their orders for half an hour while you wait.
Today's bogo event has staff slammed. I put in an online order and it said 26-30min wait. I was like ugh but yeah I get it probably everybody is after bogo. So I'm at the store early and go in to wait, lots of customers waiting. After I'm there about 15 minutes I see a lady inquiring about her drinks as it's been 30 minutes and she seeking confirmation with other customers that have been waiting about as long and giving a bit of attitude towards the wait saying out loud 30mins is too long. I would agree if I went in see all the staff casually making drinks, laughing smiling and chitchatting. But what I saw was 5 staff at least all hustling to make drinks as fast as they can busting butt. And I bet a lot of customers ordered drinks that take a bit of process to make or require a blender as it's hot today and looked like lady's drink was also a blended onewhich they only have so many blenders and have to clean it each time. The staff here are excellent and we're superstars doing what they could with the bogo event!
