This is truly your typical Starbucks with extra friendly service. I particularly enjoyed the free birthday drink, and ordered the largest option with lots of options. All I had to do was have the Starbucks app with one purchase made.nnI do like to treat myself out now and then with something rather basic like a vanilla or pumpkin spice latte. And Starbucks does not disappoint.
Coffee is never good no matter you get, but the iced chai’s usually don’t disappoint. The prices are insane but when I’m in a pinch, I’ll pay.nOrder ahead is available about 20% of the time in Lacombe which is inconvenient, as the store itself chooses to turn off the order ahead feature and they never provide a reason as to why. Also, they regularly lock their doors with no explanation in the middle of the day. I’ve asked and I always get the “I don’t know”.nTLDR: coffee bad, chai okay, desperation purchase only.
Please put your debit down signnat the start of the drive through, twice I've been stuck in the que, and at the menus sign it indicates debit down, and I'm trapped!! Not great if you are on a lunch break and have limited time!
I think Starbucks has the worst coffee out of any fast food location but some of their drinks aren’t too bad. This location always has the friendliest staff and always so social but I can never give Starbucks a 5 star rating because of the coffee
I came in this evening with my partner and was greeted at the front by an extremely rude tall gentleman, he punched my order in wrong when I tried to correct him he gave me a huge sigh of inconvenience over talked me then hit me with an eye roll my partner then tried to place their order and was met with the same attitude minus the eye roll, once we left the store we both couldn’t believe what just happened.
