A week before I was informed that shaken espresso can’t be served with less ice. So today, I ordered regular shaken espresso .. I don’t know, clearly there is NO comment “less ice” or any lessnWhy?? This makes me so sad.nAnd ordered at 2:13, got my order after 15 mins I understand if store is busy, but my drinks makes me sad
Unfortunately, my experience with Starbucks through DoorDash was extremely disappointing. I placed an order that arrived incomplete, and when I noticed one item was missing, all they sent me was a card to contact DoorDash. I reached out to them, and after explaining the situation, they informed me that they would not refund me for the item I never received. Essentially, I paid for something I didn't get, and neither Starbucks nor DoorDash took responsibility. I feel completely scammed and frustrated by the lack of customer service. This was a very negative experience, and I won’t be ordering from either Starbucks or DoorDash again.
I have never hated going to Starbucks up until moving to Williams Lake. This has to be the most unfriendly, downright awful establishment in this town. I have the app and I have used the app on so many different occasions in different towns and I have never had so many issues. There has now been multiple incidents where I have ordered my beverage while still at home getting ready, the app will give me a time anywhere between 8-15 minutes depending on the order, I drive from my home 10 minutes from town and I arrive to pick up my order and I’m met with the most unkind customer service. Today I was made to circle back around the drive thru because they had “only received my order 7 minutes ago” however my estimated time for pick up with 8-11 minutes and they had not even made my order yet. I’m well aware that there are rush hour times where you can be waiting more than 15 minutes for a drink, however today there was not a soul in the drive thru. I suggest going to The Bean Counter and supporting a local establishment over this franchise.
The staff are very friendly and fast at making the beverages. My last grande, I took a sip and noticed it didn't seem full. I opened the lid to realize it was half full. second photo I now order grande in a venti cup and it's a perfect grande size. First picture Haven't had an issue with my coffee other than that, which is wonderful.
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and we go to a lot of Starbucks. We can’t order through the app because we have a US address. I was listing off the items for our drinks decaf, nonfat, etc and the man taking our order was rude and impatient. They tried to pass off raw cane sugar instead of brown sugar for my oatmeal. The water used for the oatmeal was only lukewarm. Looking at some of the other reviews I guess i shouldn’t be surprised. We will not be stopping here again when we drive through Fort Williams.
