I really love coming to Starbucks in Williams Lake. The staff are all so hard-working and friendly. I like seeing the other customers there and I’m getting to know many of them. It has nice music and I like that they’re sitting either outside or inside and they have good hours, either early in the morning or up till 9 PM most days.nnOm, Aaron, Caitlyn, Katie and so many other baristas are always very friendly and give excellent customer service!
I don’t usually complain but as I’m sitting here patiently waiting for my decaf latte inside I guess I have time to. I just don’t understand this, there was no one else in front of me waiting for a drink, there were some people going through the drive through so they obviously helped those people first. The store was literally dead up until I left but I waited almost 15 minutes inside to get a simple drink, I feel like the ratio could be better to help in store customers.
I come here regularly and decided to finally leave a review because of one of many good experiences I had with one of their baristas. Caitlyn is always super friendly and helpful and is the only one who makes my drink perfectly every time. Even if I go to drive thru she recognizes my order and steps in to make it and hand it to me! It’s really nice to go to a corporate chain and have someone who goes above and beyond to make your day, even just with a drink. She is a very good worker and starbucks is lucky to have someone as great as her to be working in their store.
came here expecting a quick coffee but the wait was honestly way too long for just one drink. feels really understaffed, and you can tell the employees are trying their best but just don’t have enough people to keep up. ended up waiting way longer than expected for something simple. definitely needs better staffing, especially during busy hours.nnpolitely advised.
I came to this Starbucks today located in Williams Lake. Absolutely horrible experience, first of all it took them almost ten minutes to even take my order. I waited 40 minutes for my drinkI understand it’s holiday season but when I finally received my drink it was completely wrong, missing 4/6 things I asked for in it. The man making drinks remade my drink 3 times with me showing him exactly what the drink was supposed to be, got it wrong every time. I now am sitting here with a cup of pretty much just milk and caramel drizzle. I was charged $8 for this drink missing most of its ingredients. I have never had such a horrible experience at this Starbucks or any Starbucks. Picture of my drink and what I showed them included
