This is one of the best Starbucks in Ontario. The interior is bit small, but it is a perfect size for the town. The staff is super friendly and manager is excellent. They do an excellent job when it come to making drinks and the whole Starbucks experience. The location is excellent, and it is a very busy location. This is a great spot to hang out and just relax or work. Love coming here for the drinks and awesome staff.
This location, the staff and the Manager, are the best! We live 40 mins from here, and started coming here 2 years ago when we lived down the road. We had never been to a Starbucks before this location and now we see the outstanding quality they provide here compared with the many other locations in London and surrounding area. Even staff from other stores have shared that they too love the Strathroy location , it’s definitely on the list of best locations to visit. We have never had a bad thing to say about the staff. They work so hard at making sure you are comfortable, happy with your order and never leaving the store disappointed. I’ve had them tell Me to make sure the drink tastes right, or we will fix it no problem. We are picky about our drinks, so that tells you right there that if we as customers with very specific orders are greeted and treated with kindness and respect everytime, despite us being slllliiightly difficult, the staff are very patient and understanding. They are never slow, they are constantly moving and making sure orders are filled promptly and efficiently even when it’s crazy busy. They really do work hard and it shows.nThe staff are never rude to anyone and they do not make you feel bad for saying anything if something isn’t right with your orderwhich is rare they want you to have the best experience possible. Also the fact that they have taken the time to remember our orders is amazing. We love coming in everyday and the Strathroy community love this place too. It is a very inclusive and welcoming space. I wouldn’t make this apart of my daily routine if it wasn’t worth the time , but it really is a great experience every time. Thank you to the staff and Kim for making our visits so enjoyable. Last night Marce and I went for a coffee at Starbucks, we sit down to enjoy the coffee when a barista approaches us with a croissant and another chocolate filling. gift for us. what a surprise and what a nice girl, I think her name is Karen thank you very much
paid $17 online to have a drink delivered to me, i get it finally and the drink was made wrong and it looks like the ingredient sticker showing my order was ripped off. bunch of knobs over there. ‍
Very friendly staff, the caramel Frappuccino was amazing!
