So glad to be able to drop off by a Starbucks. Came here to eat lunch and take a break from riding in a tour bus, very comfy seats, organized and clean. Staff was really friendly and was served quickly! The washrooms are private as well!
Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever ordered from. Pre-ordered drinks are consistently not even stared when you arrive for pick up even if you are 10 minutes after the end of a pick up time. waited in a drive through line for 25 minutes even though I arrived when the order said it was ready
Great spot but often busy. Conveniently located off the highway. We’ve gone here a few times, drive thru and inside, and had the best service every time. All the staff are working together professionally and quickly while being sweet and kind to the public at the same time. One worker I can’t remember her name but started with an S, was super nice and smiling the whole time. She told customers “have an awesome day” and “you’re awesome” & “sorry for the wait”! We will def be back!
Absolutely ridiculous wait time if you go in to order. They prioritize mobile orders and drive thru. Unacceptable waiting over 10 minutes for one coffee. When I asked approximately when my order would be ready the barista was short with me and said « I don’t know. » That’s an unacceptable answer. This has been my experience whenever I choose to go in to order. They need to figure out how to balance customer order output.
This location has been my favourite, but it’s hot and miss lately on if they get my order correct. I always order the same thing vanilla bean frappe cup lined with extra extra Carmel and Carmel drizzle on top. Lately It’s been barely any Carmel.
