Great spot but often busy. Conveniently located off the highway. We’ve gone here a few times, drive thru and inside, and had the best service every time. All the staff are working together professionally and quickly while being sweet and kind to the public at the same time. One worker I can’t remember her name but started with an S, was super nice and smiling the whole time. She told customers “have an awesome day” and “you’re awesome” & “sorry for the wait”! We will def be back!
So glad to be able to drop off by a Starbucks. Came here to eat lunch and take a break from riding in a tour bus, very comfy seats, organized and clean. Staff was really friendly and was served quickly! The washrooms are private as well!
I went in to order a couple of drinks. A caramel one for my son without caffeine and lactaid and that one was perfect. I ordered a strawberry acai with coconut milk and they gave me a pink drink, I was told it's the same thing but it didn't taste the same so I asked for a strawberry acai made with water, well I think maybe the barista was mad that I changed my mind because I basically got a cup of water with 2 strawberries in it. If I wanted water, I wouldn't have paid over 7$ for a glass. I'm super disappointed because I come here often but I think I may just not go anymore and save some money on water or should I say strawberry acai. I took a picture but apparently can't post it here
Ordered through mobile app then was told at drive through I would have to either pull out of drive through and go inside or pay a second time for my same order if I wanted to be served at drive through window. I've never had this type of horrible service from a Starbucks before and was actually surprised. For the price you pay for drinks, you'd think they'd be a little better at the service factor.
I got a trenta strawberry acia lemonade and the two girls at the frount counter were awsome!! Ive only been to starbucks a few Times so i had a few questions that were quickly and kindly awnserd. One of them suggested for me to try the strawberry coldfoam in it and im beyond happy i did! Super great service and amazing drinks!
