I was in my way to my next job I stopped and ordered a Iced Matcha Latte with hazelnut and Lavender cream foam, a Strawberry refresher and a banana loaf. The staff that took my order didn’t seem sure I asked for Hazelnut syrup. I got my drinks and had to ask for my banana loaf which was just to be warmed up When I got back on the road I realized the hazelnut syrup wasn’t addled. I knew something was missing but couldn’t go back. A little disappointing. The staff were friendly. I will say I was taken back watching staff change the garbage by the counter where food was being serviced.
I never thought I could dislike a Starbucks... until I came to this one. Very slow service. I stood and waited for about 15 minutes for a simple decaf americano before giving up and sitting down i had to act quickly on the vacant table because there are only 6 tables. Apparently, the guy put it in a corner of the counter when I was standing right there. I never heard him say anything for my drink or anyone else's. The coffee was a waste of money. It didn't taste like anything. What's more, the bathrooms were rather messy with overflowing garbage. Surprising. Disappointing. I expected more.
Usually have a great experience here. Not sure who the girl was that took our order but she was extremely rude. Did not want to honour the 25% off iced drink offer, as we were at the window at 12! She could have easily made the adjustment at the window but instead we were told to come into the store to punch it in again? The whole transaction made no sense. Please do better when deciding who to hire with these customer service roles as this individual was clearly not trained nor had common sense.
The employees at this location are all very rude. I am writing this review as a customer who visits this location every morning. At first, I assumed maybe somebody was having a bad day then I realized the overall atmosphere inside this place is off. Staff seem frustrated and it seems like a toxic work environment. More than once, I’ve seen them arguing behind the counter. One day, I actually pulled up to the drive through window and Heard two employees yelling at each other. The employee was so heated she was shaking as she handed me my drink.
Always a negative experience at this Starbucks. If the place is not packed, the staff is screaming and chatting like a party's going on. If it's packed, the order is always imperfect. And today I had to wait 20 mins for a cake pop that had been ready since 15, because Mary refused to let me speak about my mobile order pickup and made me wait with uber eats pickups.
