Parking pirates--No longer a haven for students.nThe Airport Rd Starbucks is one of three locations I frequent as a place to study. I've been going to this location since they opened their doors in 2019. They have friendly staff and an abundance of comfortable seating, making it an optimal place for study. Unfortunately, a few days ago I received a parking ticket for $86.50 $126.50 if not paid within ten days, due to my staying beyond two hours. I've never had a issue in the five years coming here and have never received a warning from staff. As with this last time, I typically park off to the side by the dumpsters to avoid taking up the more valuable parking spaces, and quite honestly, never noticed when the two hour limit came into effect. There's no use asking for forgiveness from Diamond Parking or Starbucks customer services--I tried. Diamond Parking just wants their extortion money and Starbucks wasted my time, while giving me false hope, bouncing me between their email and call teams. I'll take this as a lesson learned and never give this business location my money again. I'm part of a local club that sometimes uses this location as well and unfortunately we'll have to pick somewhere else for those meetings too.nnAfter talking to staff, apparently they've been hit by the tickets too and have had issues dealing with Diamond Parking... Maybe it's time to talk to your property manager?
Refused to make my custom order drink. This morning before work. . Even though i have been coming to this location since it opened with 0 issues. The kid argued with me saying they won't make my drink. So vary rude. And I didn't get my drink so should be 0 stars. So I guess this isn't a custom order coffee shop. They lost a loyal customer. To a great local shop. That uses real ice cream with there Frappuccino. Called Blends. It's also closer to my house... and in the location that Starbucks closed down. That pissed me off as well.
Love my mango dragonfruit with lemonade, light ice, extra base, and no inclusion. Or the lavendar matcha oat latte. Yummy. Breakfast wraps are pretty tasty as well. Everyone is so helpful and friendly whether it's through drive thru or going inside.nMy favorite location next to the Hope one.
