Their drinks can be pretty inconsistent. The wait time is usually pretty bad but thankfully I’m not typically in a rush when I go. Service I gave 5 starts specially for the one guy that works there with the tattoos. He is amazing. And I will say that when they get an order wrong they are quick to fix it. But the drive thru wait time compared to other Starbucks is very bad. The one time I got a $4 off coupon for my next visit cause I waited 30min in the drive thru but I would hope for this even after waiting 20min like I did today. Lots of smiling faces and polite workers so that is really nice.
Today, I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at Starbucks. After waiting approximately 20 minutes in the drive-thru, I was given the wrong size drink. When the order was corrected, I was then provided with the wrong drink multiple times. After receiving the incorrect beverage three times, I ultimately had to go inside the store to have my order remade properly. While I understand mistakes can happen, the repeated errors and lengthy wait time made for a frustrating experience. I hope greater attention can be given to order accuracy and customer service in the future thanks Starbucks
I’ve never had to wait almost 20min for two coffees.nThis is a review for management. Your team is aimlessly serving people, no one is communicating with each other, there is no coordination. There is one guy with a cap and a headphone in his ear just frothing milk the whole time, and he seems like the oldest out of everyone.nGet your head out of your behind and train your staff. It shouldn’t take this long to serve people.nPathetic.
Came in Sunday morning with a touch of a hangover and ordered some caramel mocha coffee thing. Yea I'm not a fancy coffee guy. Anyways, sitting there sipping my coffee in deep reflection and one kind lady came over and offered me a free piece of banana bread. Caught me off guard but very kind gesture and greatly appreciated
I have never seen a Starbucks like this before or experienced something like we did today.nnWe chose to walk inside because the drive thru was lined up around the block.nnWhen we walked inside, there were 10 to 15 people standing and waiting for their drinks. There were 4 people in line as well in front of us. It must have taken 15 minutes to get to the till.nnWhile I observed what was happening, it was clear that someone was missing at work today. There was one lady taking orders, one making sandwiches for customers and the third lady was calmly making as many drinks as she could.nnThere were 2 people in the back doing what looked like inventory. Then, who we believed was the manager walked out and there was no urgency to help his staff while he leaned on the counters on his phone in front of everyone waiting for their drinks.nnThe lady making drinks, Whitney, deserves a raise. She was an amazing worker and continued to make as many drinks as she could to get customers their drinks. It was refreshing to see a worker focused on the task at hand and not their phone.nnThis Starbucks lost business this morning because of the line ups. I was disappointed because the situation could have been better. We left a half an hour past our departure time and had to cut out a stop of interest off our travel plans to make up lost time.
