this is the best starbucks in Guelph, they always get my drink right. the staff are amazing and will make time to show interest even when they are super busy. my favourite staff member is Savana Ashley, because she commits to making the drink exactly the way you like it and makes great latte art!
I came on an early Saturday morning to get some work done while waiting for my kid to finish her activities in SJK. There was a lot of parking spaces, and the store has a great atmosphere with the high ceiling and giant blackboard with artistic chalk work to highlight Starbucks coffee stories. The service is quick, the pumpkin spice latte tastes delicious and the barista even walked by my table and politely offered some freshly brewed coffee and pastry sample nnA great place to chill, let your mind flow, and get some work done! Highly recommend
The busiest Starbucks in town, but also one with great service. Even if it’s very busy, the staff always work quickly to get your order finished. Can often be quite crowded with students September-April
Love them! Great service, great staff! Always Friendly and upbeat! Prompt service, always get my order correct! Best customer service I have most anywhere! The staff remember you by name no matter how busy it is. They'll ask how my daughter has been or make small chat about my work. It's a very welcoming store!
I got my drink full of ice when I ordered a tall iced shaken espresso with light on ice! I had a really awful experience!
