Very rude service. I asked the lady if she spoke English as i don’t speak French. She responded with oui not even a yes in English very disrespectful. Then proceeds to hand me my drink with “English” written in the cup but in French mind you it wasn’t even spelt right. Very disappointing and not polite at all. Will not be returning to this establishment.
I went there before yesterday and asked for a venti drink, came in medium I told the man then he made a big sigh out loud and told me Mkay guess I have to make an other one, l said it’s fine, I look at the receipt and I was charged for a venti, do they not know how to read? my other drink, I asked for a frappochino ruban crunch, what came was a coffee blended with ice was almost the same as the cappuccino from Tim Hortons, I usually get the frap in other city’s like Montreal and they always get it right. I went here today I got a mango dragon fruit with coconut milk I came with lemonade and was the same guy as yesterday.
We will not go there again. Poor customer service. We asked add cinnamon on our cappuccino and she answered very rudely that we should have asked when we ordered the coffee.
I found the girl to be very friendly and spoke very good English and made me feel at home, answered my questions and help me ordered a new iteam and it it was the right choice
