Probably the only Starbucks in Camrose, and it’s busy—cars lined up in the drive-through and a lineup inside even in the middle of the day. We stopped in on a quick day trip from the city and found a very clean, welcoming spot. And of course, water for the pups—Starbucks always comes through on that.
A barista named Eddie was so kind! We had a nice chat while she made my drinks and she was a delight to talk to. Great barista and the drinks were great too. Keep it up!
As much as I like Starbucks I have found the drive thru at this location to be very slow compared to every other location we've been at. My drink is almost always made wrong, even when I show them the sticker of how to make it the mess it up. I've tried addressing it before but that never helps. I likely won't be getting Starbucks unless I am in another town now.
I have been a frequent customer at the Camrose Starbucks, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The drive-thru consistently takes 15+ minutes, and the wait inside can be even longer, once waiting 25 minutes for my drink.nnI have found hairs in my drink before, and my most recent experience with the drive-thru the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason. Instead of clarifying my order, she immediately spoke over me and was confrontational.nnOverall, the long waits, poor quality control, and rude customer service have made this Starbucks consistently disappointing.
I used to be a frequent costumer at this location but not anymore. The service sucks, either the employees don’t listen to your order or they mess them up on purpose - If I’m paying $7+ for a drink I expect them to get it right and not lie saying it is correct or be rude when I ask them to remake it …. I’m not one to leave a bad review but this has happened multiple times
