The entire team at this Starbucks have been consistently knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and patient with this customer me who often needs a bit of menu assistance i like to try new things...plus, every drink is always fantastic! I visit at least once a week and they remember me, they are personable, and I've never had better service. Britt especially comes to mind when I think of staff who have gone above & beyond! Love them all.nI have had a few less great experiences, and they were with that rude male manager...but now I know to just avoid him and wait to order from anyone else
I never have an issue coming to this Starbucks. My drinks are always made right and always taste the same on different days which I truly appreciate. The staff is always SO friendly and one even remembered me due to my tattoo which was a huge compliment. I highly recommend this location.
Visited location over the past weekend while vacationing in Muskoka. Not impressed. Baristas are nice but the drinks are wrong.nWe ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and a Matcha Tea Latte made with Oat Milk. Nitro Cold Brew had ice in it and latte was made with regular milk. Additionally, the latte had a peppermint taste to it. I’m guessing something wasn’t properly cleaned before the next use?nWe tried going the next day, hoping it was just a one off, but similar issues arose. Would not recommend this location.
Stopped at Starbucks in Gravenhurst with my family they adore Starbucks. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a Starbucks staff completely rude made simple drinks completely wrong when asked to redo or refund or told no they don’t do that.nThe stock of Starbucks, a bad name, fair warning do not stop here you’ll be thoroughly let down I warning do not stop not worth the headachenI don’t think retraining will even help the staff
Convenient location right off the highway. Ordered mobile and used personal 42oz Yeti mug. Came out perfect. Would recommend and would return. This location also has a drive-thru.
