poor customer service…staff is soo rude..i ordered strawbry refresher through mobile order with extra stawbry..when we went there to picked up drinks..they didn’t add extra strawbry ..when i asked for it..the girl named hanin showed us a attitude n said we can’t add..even though i ordered with extra starwberies…when i told every other store does…thn she said u can go to other store and order….this is how they treat customer…that girl need to improve her attitude

Poor service , I asked if they had the new pink studded cups and green cup . The guy acting like it was so busy He said yes but can you go inside in look ? There was only 1 car behind me . And 6 staffs !!?? I’m 8 months pregnant , i went inside to see no cups that I had asked for and he said there was. Disappointed!!
Staff is always a breath of fresh air, they greet you so energetically, and you can tell they all have fun at work. A million stars, love the environment!
Worst staff ! Lazy to go check to see if they had the pink studded cups . They told me they had it just to go inside I was in the drive thru . Told me to go check and I did and their was nothing . Waste of time . They remade my drink and they did it so messy Carmel is out of the cup , no straw .
Very slow service, staff does not care about anything other than drive through. So if you go to this location don't go in, it's actually slower and probably why repeat customers drive through.
Still one of my favorite starbucks to go to. Staff is great and friendly
