No raw sugar, no cinnamon, no vanilla …why?? And still charge full price…I am not impressed
The staff are always super patient and kind. Today was a rough day but I saw when I opened my drink that there was extra whipped cream and I really really appreciated it, it made my day. Thank you, keep it up guys.
My only complaint is the super-awkward drive-thru, which attacks my front end regularly No, seriously. I love Starbucks. Perfect for when you want a decent coffee without leaving the vehicle.
Great place to come for vacation! Book a day off and relax in the insanely busy lobby while waiting along side dozens of impatient people wearing scarves and touques in the middle of summer. On a Saturday morning you can expect a 20-25 minute wait if you are lucky. I have figured out how to order my wife's complicated drink through the app, at which point I get into the Tim Hortons line up and get myself a simple black coffee. I sit back let it cool off, then enjoy the sunshine before entering the lobby hoping my wife's drinks will be ready. At the 20 minute mark there is usually some in indication that the baristas have started working on it. To their credit, they are working their hairnets off, but they just don't have enough help and steamed milk available for the insane demand of the Fergus people. The baristas get 5 stars, the coffee gets 3, the management gets 1 and the people of Fergus get 4 man buns out of 5 for showing up every Saturday to put themselves through the same torchure. I admittedly put myself through this torchure weekly because you know what they say: "happy wife....".
i usually order mocha cookie crumble frapp at starbucks but this time it didnt look like what i order. it usually comes with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and some toppings but it just has the whipped cream on top.
Who doesn’t love a Starbucks with a drive thru.. yes, it’s common yet the service here always shines-really makes my day! Venti Green Tea Late for the win
The staff at this location are always exceptional, and patient with my indecisiveness... have even got some excellent reccomendations when I couldn't decide based on my usual, loved them ALL! Thank you all for your kindness each day! Kid-friendliness: Always gives my daughter the best experience!

While the people here are always nice, this is definitely one of the slowest Starbucks I go to. Be prepared to.wait - whether it is drive thru or inside. Parking: Tons of parking. In a strip mall.
Let me start by saying I do understand how busy this Starbucks is and how the staff are always slammed with orders, but some of the processes in place seem to further delay customers receiving their items. I ordered a cold drink and a piece of prepared loaf and was told to wait for both at the end counter. My drink was prepared well and very fast. I maybe only waited about 6 minutes for it. When I got my drink I reminded the barista I was still waiting for my loaf and she responded that someone else was dealing with that and I would get it shortly. After an additional 8 minutes of waiting I asked again if I could get my loaf and was told to be patient. Another two people had been waiting a while for their prepared food items as well. After waiting a total of 15 minutes after getting my drink, me and the two other people waiting for prepared food went back to the front near the cash to check on the status of our food and were told to be patient, again. When we explained how long we had been waiting the staff realized our items had just been sitting on the counter and nobody had brought them to us. In my mind a piece of already prepared loaf should not take 20 minutes to put in a bag and provide to a customer, especially when the drink order was ready in 6 minutes!
