I have always thought every Starbucks was basically the same. Until I started to frequent this location. The staff are amazing. Friendly, happy, always taking steps to ensure your experience is the best it can be. I would recommend this location wholeheartedly.Food: 4/5
There's one employee that has a scowl and not sure if she's aware that customers who frequent this location notice when you roll your eyes or give dirty looks. Only one. Pretty much everyone else is quite friendly.
Date: Feb 19,2023. Time: 7:30pm Had terrible service. Ordered a mobile order, and the drive thru was empty. Was asked to come inside and wait for my order to be ready, they said it was going to take 10 mins. We waited at the window as to why we had to come inside. A girl came to the window and very rudely told us that we need to park up front and wait. We went and waited for our drinks, she came out and again very rudely told us that mobile ordering had to be done prior to going through drive thru, which is was and basically said we were impatient we never said anything about the service prior to the situation. Once she went inside we watched her through the window throw a fist. This is disgusting customer service, and as a manager, I would be documenting this employee for her behaviour towards customers. I would like a reply from store manager
Absolute awful service. The employees are pleasant to talk to however, they can never get an order right. I have attempted to have a successful Starbucks run four times at this location as it has recently become the closest to my work. I will not try here again. My latte and cappuccinos taste like soil, incorrect food items are given, drive through is terribly slow even before lunch hours. It also doesn’t hurt to read the labels made by mobile orders.
Love this place! Jordan was so sweet and recommended I get the apple oat crisp and it was so good. Fast service and good vibes :
I love the atmosphere there friendly staff lots of drinks to try create your own the way you like it I myself like the fraps and if AI get a hot chocolate it is with the frap puré in it oh yummy sorry on the spelling lol
i wish they would be more cautious on what they are making, as someone who is diabetic and asks for water and not lemonade in a drink, it’s hard to regulate after. if someone is asking for a modified version of a drink accommodate it. especially for the price, the drinks should be made correctly.
Wasn't there long but staff were very friendly when I asked for an adjustment to my order not their fault it needed to be adjusted. I am just picky!Service: 5/5
I don't usually go to Starbucks but I had a gift card so I thought I'd try it out. I had absolutely no idea what to order or where to even start ..... The Girl working the drive thru this morning suggested the Honey Citrus Mint Tea for my sore throat, and I feel a million times better! She was so helpful and so kind to me, I really felt welcomed! I've never met someone so cheerful in the morning I'm used to those miserable Tim Hortons workers I will absolutely be back to Starbucks but specifically this location because of her! This is probably the best Starbucks I have been to! This location is definitely my preferred one, and I often make the time to go there when I have few others much closer to me. They are always so pleasant whether it is via drive-thru or in-store. Their recommendations are on point, even for substitutions. I always leave feeling really good because of my interactions and how kind they are. My drinks and foods are always fresh, and I rarely encounter any issues here. I think my order got messed up once I was not even mad! but they owned it and went out of their way to make it right unlike other locations where they visibly show their frustration. Special shout-out to Eric, Bishito sorry for the misspelling!, Brenda and Dayne for always making my experience that much brighter!
