If you are going to trap people in the drive-through for HALF AN HOUR, close the walk-ins. Baby screaming his head off and they got the order in front of us as well as ours wrong, but somehow had ours already sitting long enough that my food was basically cold? Just close if you can't handle being open on a holiday. It isn't hard to manage a coffeeshop people, come on.

Recently went through the drive through here to get a lemon cake pop and was blown away by partner pearls service! Her smize smile with eyes was so heart warming and her voice through speaker box was so cheery and sweet. Definitely made my day a lot better!!
Been sitting in store with one other customer for 15 minutes while 5 girls behind counter chit chat and serve drive thru. Worst service imaginable

Staff were bickering and yelling at eachother, quite awkward honestly. Burnt food, drinks were "okay", overall not ideal. Was a little disappointed to purchase a cold cup and have it broken.

very disappointing experience. I have always had fairly good service here until today. Went into the store as no customers inside and 2 cars in the drive through. They served at least 4 cars at the drive through before serving us. They told me that they give priority to the drive through customers .So we had to wait until all of the drive through customers had been served before we got our turn. Then they laughed at me when I told them that it was very bad service. Is this really how you want to run your business?
Always a good experience! the barista named pearl was super friendly and helped me pick out my drink which ended up being super yummy!
