I like this specific Starbucks location its located inside the Unionville village so its a very unique place, You can find many choices here, it tastes the same with other Starbucks but the environment is cool to work or study inside. You should check the second floor too, there are few spots to sit and chat, the restrooms are pretty average, I would recommend.

What a great location to chill and relax yet to experience the little village life. Weekday mornings are the best where you get to sit outside to enjoy your coffee and scenery with out lots of people passing by. From time to time vintage cars will drive by which fits right in with the old town style. Love the fact that from time to time, movies and shows are being made here in unionville too!

Very cosy and warm place to get your coffee one of our favourite spot. One thing though they have to take a look outside the mesh and also their washrooms they’re not well-maintained.

Service I experienced was great. I decided to dine in to this location which I haven’t done in a very long time. It was great! The drinks we ordered were made to perfection and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

This place didn't look like a Starbucks until you opened the door and the glorious aroma hits you hard. There was no seats inside but the seating outside was just what we needed on a nice night we visited. A pleasant mini adventure in Unionville. A great coffee and good atmosphere made it a good visit.Food: 4/5

I ordered pumpkin spice latte but they gave me the wrong one. Basically too many people packed inside and 6 workers already were working but seemed it had been understaffed. Nobody said sorry about that. Seemed like they have no time to say just sorry. The space should be bigger and more staffs are needed for the proper basic customer service.

I loved this Starbucks location and I always come here in the morning to get a coffee and breakfast and study. However, when I visited on October 16, 2022 in the morning 6:45am, this barista girl black hair with glasses was extremely rude. It was not busy at all as there were only three customers including me, and the two baristas were just chatting when I arrived. However, this barista was giving me attitude the whole time when I ordered coffee, water, and breakfast later on. She talked with an annoyed tone and when I asked for a second cup of water she said “you should’ve ordered it together with the coffee”. It is true that I forgot to order it together so I asked for it, it wasn’t like there are lots of people waiting for their orders, so I don’t really understand what’s so wrong about getting water? Additionally, when I was trying to study on the second floor, the two or three baristas were chatting and laughing super loudly that it was literally echoing in the whole place. Baristas can definitely chat while working but it was to the point that it was extremely disturbing to customers and negatively impacted the experience. I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had - thanks to the most unprofessional and rude Starbucks barista I’ve ever seen. I will just go to another location when I see this girl barista working again, why should I be a victim of her bad temper and mood when I didn’t even do anything to offend anyone?

Hello, I would like to share about the service I received at this Starbucks location. I went to this Starbucks on Sunday October 9, simply wanting to get a cup of coffee. As I walked into the store; I have noticed the store was not really busy there were only 2 customers in front of me who has big orders. There were 4 barista working at the time. The barista with pink coloured hair has just finished serving the customer who was in front of me. As I waited patiently for nearly 10 minutes for the barista with pink coloured hair to help me with my order; I have noticed the barista with pink coloured hair was chatting with the other barista behind the counter. The barista with pink coloured hair saw me standing there, but decided to walk away, ignore me and continue chatting with the other barista, or asking another customer who was behind me about a mobile order. I was so fed up with the terrible customer service. Finally I said: is this Starbucks location only serve mobile orders? Because I have been standing here for nearly 10 minutes. I am a regular Starbucks customer and I have always love the Starbucks products. However, I simply can not understand why I would receive such terrible, unprofessional customer service. This has been a very unpleasant customer service experience for me and it is completely unacceptable.

This Unionville venue on Main Street is quite unique with 2 stories. The decor gives a bit of a retro vibe. The barrister was very friendly.Service: 5/5
