I had gone to the Starbucks in Embrun store #63488 at 2:47 pm Dec. 27/ 22 to get a caramel ribbon crunch and a small blond roast, which we have ordered several times. The caramel crunch was so bitter and didn’t have the caramel sprinkles in it. This drink was so strong with coffee and bitter. The small blond coffee was cold. I never had that happen before.
This is a relatively new Starbucks, but I find the staff friendly and fast. I generally take the drive through, and I've never had to wait long here. A good place to stop on the way into Ottawa.
Great selection and great coffee. However, some things are a little on the expensive side. The first sip of a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte or Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew cues the unofficial start of the fall season for many customers, and Starbucks is celebrating its return alongside a full menu of fall favourites. Starting Tuesday, August 30, the iconic Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte PSL, is back for its 19th year. The handcrafted beverage combines Starbucks® Signature Espresso and steamed milk with flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove to complement the real pumpkin in the sauce. Topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices, the beverage is available hot, iced or blended at stores in Canada throughout the season while supplies last.

Newly opened Starbucks, has all the options and very friendly staff who are well trained.
Restaurant and bathroom were clean. Friendly staff and didn't have to wait long for my two lattes. Great selection of drinkwear to buy. They have been friendly every time I went in. Orders are correct and everything tastes the way it should. The drive through lot is a little awkward to navigate.Food: 5/5
Excellent service, good coffee. While I was ordering my latte, a girl from the stuff went out to play with my dog, whom I tied to the patio fence. Another girl brought him a treat. Very good customer experience. I hope they build a pedestrian access to the coffee shop from the bike path at some point.
