I've never had such sweet people serve my coffee. Thank you! You guys are wonderful and so pleasant to interact with. This place also is very clean and has a great seating arrangement, especially for the summer season.
Asked for coffee with a 3rd of cream and they still put just a dash. They actually used to hav the cream available to customers to take the quantity we want, I dnt know why it's not like that anymoreFood: 3/5
It is really your usual Starbucks experience. Although, today, they were out of ingredients chai and whipped cream which is why I ranked their service lower. It's nice and clean. Vegetarian options: Beyond meat breakfast sandwich, various milks oats, soy, etc Dietary restrictions: The have dairy substitutes.
This is the best starbucks you can ever go to , they always get my order right and the team is amazing so sweet.
The moka coffee was delicious,good service and fast .
It's probably one of the worse Starbucks I have been too. Service is slow at often non existent and this location always seems to be super busy. Its not often that my drink is correct. I get a filter coffee, something really basic but it's usually cold or just warm and when I try to explain I'm told it's my fault even though all the other locations I go to get it right. Also, I went though the drive through once and went I got to the window I ask for a green stopper so my drink wouldn't spill. But, I was abruptly told that I should have ordered it when I placed my order. I mean seriously it's free and there right next to you! Try to avoid.
We stopped here for a quick coffee. Coming from Florida, different culture, I was amazed with the welcoming environment this store has. Mike, Melissa and Sam are great. Thank you guys for making us feel like at home. It was my brother’s first visit to a Starbucks and he was impressed! We will be back!
The customer service is terrible. Went to the drive through and had a man take my order and at the window a woman both answering me in French. I was speaking to them in English, the man later responded in English. For an American corporation I would expect a bilingual service with polite staff. Not to mention the service was very slow. Clearly need a change in management and staff.
I miss going to Starbucks as y'all do too so having the opportunity to go through Starbucks drive through's is the best and this one is always on point, sometimes they are super bussy, but we get it is easier and safer for everyone to stay on the car than --> put mask --> wash hands --> go out of Starbucks --> wash hands --> get in car --> enjoy drink..
Terrible drive-thru service waited 20 min. To advance on the line and they only serviced 2 cars...... so I just left since there was like 7 other cars before me...... at that speed I was going to get my coffee the next day...
