LOVE the staff at this location, especially the guy that always sees my name on my app and calls me by name. HOWEVER, I order the same thing probably 5 days a week - Grande Vanilla Oat Latte and probably 50% of the time I just get a plain oat latte.I always forget to check it before I drive away so that is on me but could we please just make sure it's right before I get it? They always repeat back to me Vanilla oat latte so I don't know why it's messed up so often.... just something to be aware of. But again, everyone there is lovely and I'll keep going.
Ordered 2 coffees waited 13 min In line at 5:45 with one car in front got our coffees cold had to go back for them to make 2 hot fresh cups. Always seems like Starbucks has to remake our coffees. Not impressed.
Entitled children work here. Today my husband and I went to their drive thru, it was our first time at this location. We have the reusable January cup and have used it in numerous drive thrus the past 25 days. When we got to the window they refused to take the cup and asked us to come inside. We weren’t thrilled with this as we just waited in the drive thru line. We bought the cup for the environmental impact benefit and as daily Starbucks goers we like to refrain from unnecessary entering the store. My husband took the cup inside as they refused to fill it at the window. There is no wording saying the cup can’t be used at the drive thru. The vibe was off and the whole thing felt like a power trip. We won’t be back.
This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It can easily take up to 8 minutes for one drink when there is no one else in the drive through and the drinks are not very consistent. They should open up another one in town and staff it better.
Great baristas! Little pricey but everything is these days. Great service with a smile
Service was okay, food was like any other Starbucks but the snacks were dry. Drink was made poorly, tasted like funky milk. TONS of flies everywhere inside, pretty much impossible to avoid. Baristas and cashiers didn't seem like they wanted to be here.
Kudos to the one member of staff they had working there. Seems kinda ridiculous that they are open till 8 but the drive through closes at 4! Honestly seems very irresponsible of whoever is running the show to let the store be so understaffed that they can't keep the drive through open!
This Strathmore Starbucks location is very poor! Dragon drink refresher is very light in color and has no taste… too much ice… tried to buy it a couple of times already and different tastes but it’s never good enough compared to the other Calgary Starbucks locations.
Do not go here when you're in a rush. I went in to pick up a mobile order and got served last after the 5 people who came in and ordered AFTER ME. I got ignored by the cashier when I was trying to ask about my order for the second time. Basically had to yell at her to get her attention.
Latte really expensive and to be honest did not taste as good as they use too...for 6 + dollars expect a very great drink...but Starbucks is slipping and with high prices I think I will now not be inline again
