I don't know how many times they can mess up the same order... I get a london fog once every couple of weeks and I have to come back and have it redone every single time with truly no exceptions. Either they have the wrong tea bag, no vanilla, wrong milk and this time well they decided to basically put two tea bags with water. I took the lid off and the drink is completely translucent, completely watered down. It's frustrating to be paying so much for a "quality" coffee drink to be disappointed every single time!
Good quality service. I absolutely love the gluten free dream bar.

Love starbucks but the deslon location not so much, for three weeks now they have no cold brew even when a new flavor has just been introduced and wait times are ridiculous, drive thru is on average 10- 15 minutes... I now drive an extra 10 km to go to the laprairie location just because I know I will get what I order.
Tables are super small and round and cheap!!!!, can’t fit 2 people working or studying. They won’t accommodate by letting you move a table even if the Starbucks is empty… the personnel isn’t friendly. Go to any other Starbucks you will have a better experience

Amazing service. We have frequented this Starbucks many times and have always been impressed by their service. The drinks are always correct and we are always satisfied. A few days ago we went for a coffee and the line up ended up being slow. We wouldn’t have Complained because sometimes it’s out of your control. But what made the experience amazing, they gave us free drinks for the delay! Amazing service and concept of care of their clients.
I visit this Starbucks often and they are constantly out of everything or something is broken. I tried to order something, the machine was broke. I chose something else and when I got to the window it was not what I ordered. The drive thru girl was extremely rude and was not happy with my dissatisfaction she said « whatever » and slammed the drive thru window in my face. The management is barely able to keep up with the supplies and they are so slow!! So disappointed with the Delson location!!!
I guss this is a very busy Starbucks. It was a bit long 20 minutes But I had a great service!
