Frank loves it here, food court was really dirty but I guess its tough when you have limited staff to keep up with the area. Super fast and friendly service. The Starbucks area was very clean and there is tons of free parking. Easy access from town or the highway.Food: 5/5
The drive between Ottawa and Montréal was improved with the addition of this Starbucks. Conveniently located off the 417 East exit, it provides an opportunity to fuel up on your favourite Starbucks’ treats. There is space to sit down, rest and enjoy your drink. I imagine the crew is still learning the ropes and they did a great job. You can’t order ahead yet I presume and you can’t redeem any stars for free drinks. I’m hoping that will change.

They don’t take payment through the app. Staff is very courteous.
Went in to get a coffee around 945 am. There was a woman in front of me ordering quite a bit. At one point there seems to be some confusion with her order or paying. There is now a line up. Instead of calling another person to open a second dash for the people waiting we continued to wait. Then not one, but 4 other employees came to state at herbal cash screen, not acknowledging the others who would like to order. I counted 5 employees and not one of them acknowledged me or the others. No I’ll be with you in just a moment- nothing. Plain ridiculous to have that many people and not one person can serve the others while they fix whatever it is that they are doing. Run by unsupervised children. I left without a coffee
A very bad service and the coffe was disgusting , the worst starbucks ever. I don’t recommend it

I go to Starbucks every day, normally twice a day, I know how things taste and how I like my drinks. This Starbucks is never right the drinks always taste like they were made wrong and you can’t pre order which is super frustrating. Always a huge line for a disappointing drink. Avoid if you can!
The service is unprofessional, it takes a lot of time until you get the order. 10 minutes! Why????Food: 3/5
