It's hard to give a full rating of this location because the restaurant itself was closed during the time of our visit. The handwritten note on the door said it was temporary due to a staffing shortage, which was too bad because the store looked to be bright and airy. However, the drive-thru was open, and we used it as the line was not terribly long. I have to say that the friendliness of the service was great, and was noticeable from the few touches of kindness and thanks for my business. The order was accurate, and delivered promptly and at the usual quality expected. I know other reviewers have complained about the erratic hours and staffing of this location. But this is a much bigger issue than just this location and this company. Maybe try to understand and sympathize with the situation for those who are trying to work and provide your order. Through that lens, my experience at this location shows the best way to handle tough circumstances.
Good environment, free to use washroom. Services is a bit slow. But it an overall good place to have coffee
We were stranded at this Starbucks on Christmas Eve during a blizzard. A family of 7 with no way to get to our accommodation. The Management and staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable until we were rescued, offering us hot chocolates and staying open late despite it being Christmas Eve. The Christmas spirit was strong at this Starbucks and our family as well as I’m sure the many others that were stranded that night will be forever grateful for their hospitality.
this location is a hit or miss, most times the drinks are incredibly milky and you can barley taste the coffee/flavor. at other locations their drinks are not so milky but this one is very heavy on milk. other then that it is ok & the people are nice.
First time buying a drink from them they need to know how to make drinks properly i ordered a venti strawberry coconut with vanilla sweet cold foam and it turned out chunky thats gross.
This is easily one of the best Starbucks stores I’ve ever been to, and I’m from Seattle. Friendly and professional staff, and very clean! Nice and bright inside. They are very attentive to how things appear, regularly cleaning and mopping the place. Whoever manages this place should be commended and rewarded. Expect this spot to get very very busy during the summer!!
This location is pretty hit and miss. The service is polite and professional but the store seems understaffed resulting in long backlogs of orders and intermittent unavailability to order ahead.
Good service. Exceptionally kind help today when we came in to the Huntsville location. We appreciate the help. And the cinnamon coffee cake is delicious. Thank you Anzie & Bonnie
This place is an absolute disaster. I have visited before work 6 times, on six different days, in the past two weeks. Always between 5:50PM and 6:05 PM. Never on Friday or Saturday as I don’t work those evenings. The first two consecutive nights I visited their Point of Sale system was “down”, so they CLOSED the drive through and allowed only for mobile ordering. The next three visits, which were spaced out over about 8 days….twice the cafe was completely closed, the third time, the drive through was closed. The ONE time I did actually get to order, the drink was made fairly well, and the staff seemed friendly enough. The management here needs a good hard swift kick in the pants. Get it together. You’re making the other Starbucks look bad! Avoid this place if you can!
Zero consistency. Difficult to achieve when staffing levels do not meet the demands of the business. Ordering the same drink on a regular basis and never receiving the correctly made product is frustrating. It is a guessing game as to which service point will be available to customers.
