I’ve been to a billion Starbucks and never felt the need to review one - until now. I only came for a croissant and wifi, but I left feeling so positive! There was a server with short, dark hair and glasses who was upbeat, funny and kind. Even after serving me, he happened to be cleaning near me when I coughed and said “God bless you!” Never gotten that on a cough before. Friendly serves like him remind me not all is lost in this crazy world
My mum and I always order from here whenever we have errands to run or a long drive to go. Staff are always friendly and helpful. My mother is an epileptic and once she was in the store when an ambulance went by, the staff helped her avoid the lights and let her know when it was safe to go out. Overall a wonderful place to get a treat or drink.
This location boasts an incredible patio and an inviting indoor space. The location seems quite popular and we noticed many folks knew each other and were talking and laughing and bonding on running into each other at the downtown coffeehouse. We also noticed how comfortable and accommodating the furniture and the people on the outdoor patio space were to dogs, passers-by, direction seekers and children. This location absolutely has a neighborhood-hub vibe and staff hustled to keep the drinks coming. The highlight of this visit was the regular statements the staff offered about which drinks were being worked on and what was coming up next. The interaction with staff elevated this stop for coffee and made this Starbucks visit a good one. Thanks, King St. Starbucks in Dundas!
Typical Starbucks offerings of mediocre coffee and dried out pastries. Complete with all the usual trimmings of obnoxious middle aged women customers and uber-douchey hipster staff members that seem to treat the mostly Indian ubereats drivers people who provide an important service for establishments like this one, while destroying their personal vehicles as subhuman, immigrant scum not worthy of even the most basic level of respect. I'm sure most people that work here are not bad humans, but it only takes a few, or even just one such individual to create a negative, toxic atmosphere, and unfortunately this place has fallen victim to it. Dundas is a proud little old town, I'm sure there are local coffee shops that are more worthy of your business than this particular branch of the Starbucks Corporation.

WORST !!!! The WORST Starbucks. Today I brought my 8 week old puppy for a pup chino and was kicked out by an old broad. It’s a puppy in a carrier and blanket. So what’s the issue Karen. Most Starbucks allow you to pick up your order and have your dog outside. Worst customer service I have ever had
Just left and will never return to this location. Rudest barista I have ever met….. have been to this location many many times. Get rid of the guy with the man bun and the bad attitude…. And maybe I’ll be back. Don’t need attitude from this diva when I pay 7 dollars for a coffee.
Standard star bucks location the Store was clean and was busy. The person that took my order was super friendly. The only reason why I took away a star is because the barista that made the drink latte has less caramel syrup .. and for parking .. you have to park in the municipal parking area ..as I unable to find parking for the store

The only reason why I took away a star is because the cashier punched my order in wrong, but the barista that was making my drink didn't say anything to me, roller her eyes, and started being rather loud and aggressive with her motions when making the drinks.
The best Starbucks I've ever been to in my life! They are so kind and efficient, you wouldn't even know they're working understaffed. Always a smile and amazing vibes.
