One of my favourite Starbucks ! The staff is always friendly and drinks ready fast and delicious ! My dog also know the moment we pull into the drive through that she is getting a pup cup and they always offer even if I forget to ask!
The staff here is remarkable. They are beyond sweet and kind. Jacqueline is a gem. I was having a rough day and despite only seeing me 2x prior months before Jacqueline remembered my husband and I by name! She gave me a free pumpkin cold brew when I realized I left my wallet at home. I now do the 30 min drive there much more often just to support this store as they never mess up my order, are quick in the drive through despite lines, my order is always way better than anywhere else, and the staff goes above and beyond to show kindness. What a lovely location. Kid-friendliness: They have made my son who is 2 his own teeny frappe before. Super cute. they also have cake pops and small easy to eat treats for messy toddlers! Parking: Lots of free parking and handicapped accessible!
Just went to this location today at approximately 4:00 pm and the drive through employee with the purple hair was extremely rude and gave a lot of attitude to my younger sister when my sister was simply explaining her coupon access code as she was confused. The barista was extremely impatient and I felt very bad for my little sister. I always enjoyed coming to this location as all of the Starbucks employees are always very welcoming and polite, however this individual was not and I was definitely not happy with the service provided today. I was very happy with my drinks and all of my other experiences with this location. :
For some reason every time I order more than 1 drink, my latte is completely wrong. I order a tall decaf skinny vanilla latte, and the most common error is having full caf or full fat, but today I was served a cup of warm milk. No coffee, no sweetener, literally just warm milk. Over it.
I ordered my usual large ice coffee and to my surprise, as I was waiting they told me that I could have a strawberry drink for free because they made too many. I was surprised with the restrooms, they had 4. Which is always good.

The staff here are pretty new, so sometimes orders take a while. But they are super friendly and really sorry for the wait. Like you, they want to get you on your way. The drinks are good, the food fine. I've never had a problem here besides the potential for a long wait. It's a good place if you need to sit and work on a laptop, or meet a friend for coffee. The environment is typical Starbucks - trendy, comfortable, a little big city.
This morning I drove from Pembroke to Petawawa to surprise my family with Starbucks delicious everything croissant and chai latte......for three people my complete order with banana bread and snowman cookies was 60.00 + upon arriving home I was given 3 DS BACON Sandwhich's the shear disappointment of such.an expensive order, and arriving home to find the order was completely wrong. Not a great way to kick off a sunday morning, wont be ordering from this place again. Too expensive for these kind of mess ups! Over poor experience will not return spent all morning just trying to call back to explain what happened to the order and no one bothered to answer the phone tried 6 times. Either way, save your money!
