Burned coffee, I told them it’s burned and after they gave me a normal latte, the second one tasted good. Just shame that you have to drink bad one first and burn your tongue with bad coffee first.
Long wait as usual and I love Starbucks so that’s why I keep coming but this time 25 + minutes wait for a coffee and sandwich and on top of that they gave me the wrong order that is just not cool after a long wait. 5 employees and still the level of service that Starbucks was known is not there anymore and is sad.
New Starbucks, it’s beautiful inside but it’s missing a bit of space during rush hours. Staff is great. Coffee’s good obviously. There’s an outside terrace which is great for summer days!
4 people in the drive thru, 4 people inside in line and 3 workers, waited 10 minutes and all they did was serve people in the drive thru made us wait even went in the drive thru instead waited 5 mins no moving, another car in front of us backed up with us and we both left instead
Always closed. Drive thru takes 30minutes to have 1 coffee. This Starbucks is horrible. 2pm closed. 4pm closed. 6pm closed. They are 3-4 inside just chilling between coffee making. Plus every time we get a drink it never tastes the same. A formal complaint has been made to Starbucks. Fun fact everywhere else Starbucks are run by 2-3 people with way more customer traffic. Stop chatting and serve your customers.

If you’ve seen my other reviews on Starbucks locations, this might be in the running for the worst store yet in the world. Slow service, no one acknowledges you in the store, this place is a comical joke.
Hour wait for a coffee...... I think they just make limited coffee in a day. That's why they make it very slow...... You don't need just money for the cofffe also you need hour of patience to get it......
I come here twice a week.. and normally very happy with the service and the product. The last 3 times I’ve come here my drinks were filled only about 1/3rd of the way up. If I’m paying for a venti that’s what I should be receiving.. little dissatisfied with that but otherwise, the employees are very kind.
