I recently visited the Starbucks on 7161 N Milwaukee in Niles and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The coffee was delicious and perfectly brewed, and I also enjoyed their selection of pastries and sandwiches. Overall, I had a great time at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and some snacks.
If I could give this Starbucks more than 5 stars, I totally would! Always a blast coming to this place especially the team. Not only they make your drinks to perfection, they ensure that they put a smile on your face — every single time. Service never disappoints! Highly recommend, 10/10 customer service. Don’t mind coming back for more and spending money on a drink and sense of hospitality. Keep it up guys! Also, Greyson says thank you for the pup cup!
Ran inside for a coffee, as the drive thru line was long. Going inside was definitely a time saver. The most pleasant woman, Annie, greeted me, and promptly got my order. Looking forward to going inside this store next time. Parking: Very easy parking in front of the store.
I did a mobile order and manager I think Steve was very very helpful and very kind when my mobile order was not placing. He was very positive and polite and assured me that he could still make my drink. The drink was lovely since it was made with kindness. : thanks steve!!
Got regular coffee and asked for light ice… it’s mean half a cup of coffee?????!!!! For real!!! I’m not paying for ice, I’m paying for coffee WTH
Nice clean remodel, very decent coffee. I always get the same, plain coffee with a shot, but they always charge a different price. One day est 4.80 another day 5.17? Always a gamble.
What did the panda say when forced out of its natural habitat? He’s unBEARable!!!one of the workers, I believe her name to be Oleen, told me this joke while serving me my food. While food is at best average. customer service is exceptional, I never once been to starbux I feel value at. Worker oleen show compashon and work fast. Fast. Very fast!! ¿Food ready in 3 minute? Recommend a lot! And joke funny!
Coffee is never consistent. I asked for my coffee to be corrected and the drive thru lady looked at me like it was a problem and she didn’t want to fix my drink. I just drove off. Never again will I be coming back.
Don’t put trainee in cashier position at the busy time of the day they will make mistakes. That’s the worst time to make mistakes, because they will simply holding everyone.
Never open hours all over the place. Don’t bother taking a ride over there. when you ask for a venti somehow they always hear grande.
