Typically, I’m pleased with this Starbucks, however, today I was handed a Irish cream cold brew that the cover was not on because they filled it too much with ice, so if you put the cover on it would explode out the sippy hole. It also seemed like they swirled the drink because the cream was almost nonexistent and the coffee was light colored rather than being black coffee. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the barista that made my drink this morning.
This is our go-to Bucks when heading back north from meandering about in the Milwaukee area. Unfortunately Sadness befell us today. As usual: great atmosphere, clean store & restrooms, fabulously friendly staff. With this visit on a Saturday afternoon, the staff was hopping with what seemed to be a ton of remote orders & drive-thrus. They were cool & purpose driven. Kudos to their Professionalism, teamwork, & efficiency: worthy of a 5-Star. However, the bottom line begins with your order. Today, ordered a Vanilla Bean Frap with an octane boosting espresso shot. It was an order-and-run as we needed to get home - easily an hour+ drive. It wasn’t until back on the Highway that we noticed that I had gotten a Strawberry Frap. Later checking my app used for payment, I saw that it had been entered wrong at the start. It got poured out at home as no one wanted strawberry. Bummer: 1-Star for an order gone wrong. That averages to a 3-Star for the day.
The workers are amazing! They are always willing to give recommendations and spend time talking with customers, even when the queues are quite long. Drinks are standard Starbucks drinks but the service is above and beyond!
Love me some Starbucks. If they could just keep their prices down. I got to take a loan out when I want coffee and a sweet. Not to mention the price of their pounds of coffee. Good flavor though on everything quality products.
Stopped in this morning and Jolie helped us with our order, she was incredible!!!!! Asked us about our day and greeted our puppy at the window. Amazing customer service at this location, Great team member you have at this location!. Nicely done Jolie

Do all Starbucks need to build their parking lots and drive Throughs to be Purposely congested and with all sorts of bad angles?
I've been here twice and all of my $5+ lattes tasted like either like milk or nothing at all. Please retrain your baristas. As a former barista myself and frequent Starbucks customer, I know my drinks weren't made correctly. A vanilla latte shouldn't taste like nothingness.
