The SWEETEST baristas! They really take care of you and want you to enjoy your visit. They greet you with a cheery good morning !! And they work soooooo fast. The drive through was backed up though so plan accordingly.
One of the baristas Adam was kind enough to give me a free drink. The smallest gesture goes a very long way, and he had a wonderful attitude. I will definitely come to the Starbucks to order more coffee in the future!!
I usually come here. Outside and inside seating areas are perfect. I love that. Coffee nice as always. Easy parking. Clean restroom. Friendly staff.
Awwww where is my favorite barista Aaron???? He ALWAYS makes my coffee the right way, not like others they always make it wrong but EVERY single time I come here and Aaron makes my coffee is right on POINT, lately i haven't seen him and this girl keeps making my coffee so bad ugh... I asked for a Mocha Frappuccino and this girl gave me a nasty caramel drink... I'm giving 5 stars because of Aaron otherwise I would give them 1 star...

There was an usual incident that occurred to me and my daughter at the Starbucks on Harlem near Lawrence. I informed the shift manager, Chloe. Chloe was friendly, professional, apologetic ,and compensated my daughter and I, with product replacements. Quality customer service!!!
My daughter and her friend just got drinks through the drive through and this is what is on the bottom of her drink! Looks like a cockroach! Nasty! I called and complained and the guy said he doubts it’s a cockroach or bug but maybe a food particle. It has legs! We are not looking for a refund but ain’t going back!
This is literally the worst Starbucks on the planet, yes planet. I travel a lot for a living and been to Starbucks all over the world. They constantly, CONSTANTLY screw up my order and I don't order anything fancy or complicated. Tonight for example, venti ice coffee sweetened. Do you think they sweetened it? No, I even asked before I grabbed it from the counter because my order sticker didn't state sweetened and the lady said " yeah it is..." And so I put half and half in it and left for work and sure enough it is NOT sweetened. I live down the street and come here on a regular basis. But no more. The Dunkin donuts is also down the street and open 24hrs. Will be going there instead. This location is the worst. Also they are in a terrible location. The intersection to get there is always busy, the drive thru has no space for a line and they so get busy on the weekends. There is plenty of parking most of the time cause it's in a shopping area. They need to relocate and restaff/retrain. Any purchase from any Starbucks should be the same result every time and if not fix it, which is their policy and this location does. But I am so tired of having to go back the next day and complain that my order was incorrect the day before. Also they have no comfortable seating, there is plenty of seating, but it's all stools. Most Starbucks have a few comfy chairs or a couch to stay awhile and work or study even the one at Target down the road has comfy seating, but who wants to go there to study/work.
Best place to get my morning coffee when they mess up they always make it right.
