I just wanted to share my feedback as this was another bad experience at Starbucks. I ordered 2 drinks on February 14 at around 8:30 pm and one of them had no syrup. In addition, not sure why they gave me dirty looks and were quite rude when I asked them to add the syrup. I mean ,I just spent $12 on 2 drinks, the least you could do is be ****** nice and make the order correct. Worse experience ever,never returning to Starbucks. PS, I'll be filing a separate complaint with the Starbucks HQ. My advice is try to be nice, I think that's part of your job.
Very friendly and attentive staff! Quickly served, walk in only but zero complaints here. My Caramel macchiato was on point and the place wasn’t that busy for a weekday morning! 5/5. Plenty of parking out front also.Recommended dishesIced Caramel Macchiato
what the hell! I was sitting with my daughter drinking my macchiato when these rude employees started copying my gestures! Rudest Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, so sad my daughter had to witness that monstrosity.
The workers there don't seem to care after they make a mistake on my order. I had to canceled the order after I saw the workers there didn't try to correct my order right away after I told them.

This Starbucks is very close to my job I always do my Uber eats here; I love this Starbucks it’s very clean and Well kept most of the time I don’t get to go into the store personally because I’m at work. Always Uber eats; On Monday I was actually running late to work and decided to stop and place my order myself. I’m already late might as well have food. They did not have the sandwich I wanted bacon smokehouse but the cashier was so nice to me he told me to try something else one of his favorites. Now I got a new favorite sandwich because I tried something new “bacon gouda & egg sandwich” & my ribbon crunch almond milk & whip cream was made correctly. Really love this Starbucks, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Even when you order Uber eats everything is the right temperature. My first time going directly to the store & wow the cashier says things Like what are you in the mood for? Wow best service everrrrrrr ….
Just want to give a thumbs for your Associate Matt. He recognizes me every time I come in&makes my Frappacino to perfection. I've seen him do that with other customers also.
Very rude employees. Very horrible behavior and attitude.
