Starbucks coffee in general is delicious. But I will say this location in particular is terribly inconsistent. I order my ice coffee with EXTRA cold foam cream. I only get it about half the time. The other half of the time there is barely any cold foam cream, and what’s there is very watered down.
Sometimes the drive through is closed. Sometimes the drive through is busy... it happens. We all want a coffee in the morning to get the day started The staff at this location has always been extremely professional, polite, courteous and with a smile on which is appreciated. Starbucks baristas are a different type of employee and it starts with training but the attitude is also a differentiating factor as well. A simple please and thank you go along way and that is not absent when you work with this staff; they do great work I'm writing a review because of one incident of unmatched service. I had ordered a few separate selections of food. They didn't have this, they didn't have that... blah blah again, it happens. I wasn't too concerned but after finishing my order and pulling up to the window, Nick the employee, said "I got you on this, don't worry about it"... "What do you mean", confused by the statement. " I feel bad that we didn't have everything that you ordered today, supplies have been tough to come by at some points, so this one is on us", he said My ordered, even after excluding the items of food that were not available still came to $30.00. I was stunned by the gesture and ability for the staff in this location to realize that customer service goes much further than a few small purchases. We of course will be going back to this location, and I felt that it deserved some praise, so here is my 5 stars :
Was in the drive thru and the female employee i believe her name was Mari was so rude. Continuously rolling her eyes at me and even roughly handed my drink at me that it spilled a bit in my car. While speaking to her she continued to roll her eyes and huff at me. Definitely a disgusting little girl. Would never come back. If shes so miserable with her life why work there
Yes it's a Starbucks, but it's one of my favorite locations. Comfortable seating for individuals and groups both indoor and outdoor. Plenty of handicapped accessibility. Great space and lighting, friendly staff.
They never can fill a cold coffee or hot coffee it’s always 3/4 filled I’m sick of asking to fill. The last time it was a venti hot Mocha 3/4 filled I asked to fill up , started to put more whip cream
This is by far one of the best Starbucks ever. We were in Boston for medical appointments for my granddaughter. She had a menu item she found on a secret Starbucks group on Facebook. It had multiple ingredients and was a Harry Potter drink. The staff was all excited about making it and wanting to know how she liked it . All the staff was friendly and cheerful, all working together. It is quite impressive. My daughter also ordered another special drink that was supposed to taste like mint chocolate chip ice cream had a lot of ingredients. No one minded making it and also wanted to know how it was. It made my granddaughter's Day. Thank you for liking your jobs. It shows.
Rude staff - raining outside; went through drive through - two cars were in front of me each car after 2 min left - I opened my window and no one greeted me. I then drove by and saw 5-6 staff members inside - i parked and went to the door - it had a sign Drive through only due to staffing. not sure how much staff you need to have the cafe open but ok.. I made eye contact with the staff and signaled are they actually open one girl pointed to the drive through I mouthed i was just there... she mouthed then go back again... and rolled her eyes.
Always great coffee and great service just sucks not too many in the area so be prepared to wait especially in the drive thru.Food: 5/5
1. Low quality coffee. They had my 2 coffee cups open and half done while the lady was rinsing stuff that she was using for other drinks and going over my drinks, it was dripping all over it, disgusting. I didn’t feel comfortable of saying anything because I was afraid of being given attention for the second time. 2. Really bad costumer service. 3. Poorly trained staff. The staff is a joke, you can’t ask or say anything without them giving you attitude or laughing at each other.
My boyfriend and I went to this Starbucks to use the washroom and get a drink around 8pm. I used the washroom and then realized there was no toilet paper in my bathroom so I called my boyfriend and he said there was none in his washroom either. He went to the staff and let them know that I was in the washroom and there was no toilet paper in either washroom. The woman he told just looked at another staff member because he was supposed to have filled it I guess. She then turned back to my boyfriend and said “ok”, looked at him for several more seconds and then asked him if he would like to order anything. My boyfriend told her he would like to deal with this first before ordering, so she told the male staff member to get the toilet paper. He gets the toilet paper and then saunters passed my boyfriend, so my boyfriend follows him and the staff member starts putting the toilet paper in the other washroom. The female staff member comes over and asks where he is and what he’s doing. Finally the female staff member takes a roll of toilet paper from him and gives it to my boyfriend. My boyfriend said it seemed like the staff members were laughing about the situation as well. Neither of us got any apology of any kind. We did not buy anything from this restaurant because of this situation/interaction.
