4.0 you know, I typically wouldn’t review a Starbucks but here we are. we’re in the ‘burbs. I actually enjoyed this Starbucks because they handled the crowd well, the drink and breakfast croissant was made well, and the store seems to really value feedback and has signage to follow and leave reviews, which is partially why I’m here. shoutout to the lovely woman that made my drink, wish I got her name. I could tell she cared. the espresso was extracted well, the milk to sugar balance was good. I’m glad we stopped here. It has been a while since I didn’t regret pulling into a Starbucks out of desperation. If you’re trapped in this burb like I was, this Starbucks makes it a bit more bearable. that’s all we could ever want, right?
Everything to make this establishment a 5 star place was there except for the presence of the cashier Jasmin or Yasmín- she was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes while I was ordering my drink. I was handed my drink, which was made incorrectly- but was too scared to say anything to her because of her nasty attitude. The other employees Sarah and Brain did the best they could to remake my order and ensure I was a happy customer. Honestly, I would reevaluate where you place that young lady- she isn’t the best to represent your company.
Seriously the best Starbucks on the southwest side of Chicago! I could only wish that they would be open later! They’re always so quick, friendly, and their team work shows! Love this location!
Patrick and Jessica were simply outstanding at 6:30am at the Chicago Midway Marriott Hotel this morning while I was waiting for shuttle bus to come pick me up for my flight! Thank you guys for your pleasant and refreshing morning and great customer service!!!

It’s in the hotel so there’s no drive thru and even though you have to go in it doesn’t stop me from ordering here. The team is awesome! And quick even though they only have two working at a time they are still quick and accurate with orders.
I try to keep giving this location chances because it's the closest to my house. however, my wife and I typically have issues whenever we go to this location. The service varies depending on who is behind the counter. I've never had terrible service there, but I would definitely rate the location as subpar in generalFood: 1/5
I thought that this location was one of the typical hotels that sell Starbucks basic items. I was completely wrong. I was met up Malina, Eduardo and Brian. They were extremely courteous when they took my order, got it right and were overall great baristas!
I have to say of all the Starbuck stores I go to, this one is by far the best! Eddie, Brian, Malina, Sarah, Cheli, Lorena, Yazmin and Alexis always greet you with kindness, generosity & excellent customer service. You may walk in a customer but you leave as a friend! Best group of people all around & they make THE best coffee!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for always being there & bringing a smile to my face no matter what kind of day I’m having.
Always friendly and courteous. Barristas make the best drinks & are use to getting a rush of customers that they handle well. They also make great suggestions for you when you are unsure of what to order.
