Got a caramel waffle laté and a toffee nut frappucino. Recieved two cookies with the message "sorry we have no caramel waffle toppings : so here's a treat on us :" I think this was very nice of them as they could've just left it, thanks for the friendly service Starbucks
Unpersonable and off putting male staff member with glasses. Could at the very least be polite and welcoming when you order.

Really good experience today. Fair play to your members of staff today, there was no coffee as the machines were down but they were still able to offer filter coffee and frappacinos. The girls were so good under that situation. Thank you.
Had a gingerbread latte. Really enjoyed sitting in Starbucks and relaxing.
