Cookie Crumble is the drink I got, I hope thats the correct name. Have you ever been to a Starbucks that you can feel the energy, that you know your experience isn't just going to be about your drink. This one isn't one of those Starbucks. Don't get me wrong. They were efficient at there job, the drink was correct.I almost felt I was an inconvenience. They weren't busy at the time I was there. Only one person in front of me and they were actually leaving the store before I placed my order. Would I go back, yes if I'm in the area. Do I hope the employees learn to smile, yes!
You can't redeem stars here- just FYI. Relatively quick, standard starbucks quality which is great, and the people were nice. It is inside the HyVee, but I'm just glad Decorah had a Starbucks for our visit.
Starbucks is great and all, but everytime I stop at this location they have completely different staff I've never seen any nobody can make a drink. Don't even think about getting a London Fog, the only place in town that seems to understand how to make them is Magpies.
I LOVE STARBUCKS! I love coming to this one too because they do such a good job with everything they do. Very caring and friendly staff, always get my treats here to reward myself. They have all kinds of pastries, breakfast food, and beverages. Plus, I love that by using your preloaded Starbucks card on your phone gives you stars/points for free perks! :
I hate to do this, because we have wanted a Hy-Vee and Starbucks for so long… but most people drink their coffee in the morning. They only have one person staffed from 6:30 open until 8am. The rush of people trying to get to work seem to be very frustrated as the line builds. Please staff two people!
Only Starbucks for miles around, and it's amazing to finally get a location here. Only "issue" is that this location, not being corporate owned and run, doesn't allow you to redeem stars or birthday rewards for free drinks. You can earn them, but not redeem which is a bit dumb. However this is Starbucks corporate fault and not the location.
I did not go to Starbucks that is not my kind of coffee is just too expensive if I want coffee I want just coffee I don't want this other stuff that comes with it
Esteban, Ashley P, and Tommy are my favorites at this location. They know exactly what I want when I come in and have it ready before it’s even paid for. They’re very consumer oriented and so wonderful with customers. If only all of the staff there were as amazing as these 3!
Love the coffees and drinks just not the prices..My guilty fix Once a month
So excited and grateful to have a Starbucks in the area but within a month's time I have become sadly disappointed as this Starbucks consistently is out of ingredients and missing things to make the drink you want.
