Reviews for this newish outlet are decidedly mixed. I've been here 6 times and the wait can be hard to understand sometimes; other times staff seem either confused, uncoordinated or on the verge of rude. Perhaps the new Starbucks layout has something to do with it . . .
After visiting several times, I found that some of the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful while some of them are not at all. Enjoyed sitting and having coffee time in cafe.
Been going to this locations drive through for a while now. This visit stood out from the rest when Chloe served me. I got knowledgeable recommandations for keto drink options and very professional and intentional service. Super star service
Flies everywhere, 'broken' power/USB outlet already, AC blows like mad so nothing light stays on the tables, no paper towel in bathrooms, and typically expensive. Oh and their feedback form online is annoying.
Extremely good service and friendly staff unlike the location on Carlton Place
Quick and easy visit as always
I am not a regular customer. It's my "go to" with my daughter for a treat. We went in and ordered and stayed for a long time. No one said we had to go. That was nice. It was late and the place wasn't full but still, they could have asked us to leave. This store is new and quite nice.
But why not just say large.....
