This Starbucks is open early enough for me to stop by on my way to work at 6:30 on weekends and that's nice! But MAN.... Is it ever SLOW...... Take the drive through ro pick up my mobile order with just two cars in front of me and I'm still waiting 10+ minutes in line
I live in Ottawa but Starbucks Rockland is amazing and so friendly. I have been twice while visiting family and by far the greatest employees and always get my London Fog done right!!!Food: 5/5

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru , paying g 11 bucks for my beverage and a cookie that WAS SUPPOSED to be warmed up, went to drink my pumpkin latte and it was amint hot chocolate. Not Impressed!
They were only two and doing their best with a full drive and many customers inside. Well done.Food: 4/5
Over 20 minutes inside waiting for 2 coffees in an empty store! Mobile orders piling up on the counter, but live customer standing 20 minutes for coffee being ignored? NOT acceptable. Extremely bad service!
Nice place for relaxing
The staff are all incredibly welcoming and friendly. They will remember if you are a regular and are happy to have a nice conversation. Service is good and it's a comfy spot to sit if you've got any work you need to do etc.
We waited 15 minutes in store for our two drinks once we ordered and there were only two people in front of us. The staff were incredibly disorganized. My dragon fruit lemonade was poor compared to my regular Starbucks I go to in a Orleans. Nightmare experience Marianne Morwick
