Often a long drive-through line, but it moves fast enough. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I don’t drink coffee, so I like that they have many non coffee options.
I always order a lattee with no foam but I almost always get foam. It's frustrating. I wish the person who was making the proper no foams would train the other staff. Otherwise I love the Kemptville location.
When you go in the store you often have to wait a long time for your drink order 15 min, even when it isn't busy inside. The staff are all very sweet, polite and friendly! The restaurant is kept super clean. They have messed up our drink orders numerous times ie wrong size, wrong drink, added an ingredient they shouldn't have, etc.

Such nice staff. Great customer service.
The coffee was great however the mobile order I placed took over 30 minutes from when it was placed. Wasnt very pleased and there was no apology for the delay. With 5 staff behind the counter, I expected better. You let me down this time Starbucks Kemptville.
