Stopped in this evening. Busy with a line. 5 people working behind the counter but only two people helping customers. An off clock employee enters goes around the line and makes himself a coffee with a line of 8 people. One person taking orders a d handling half of the coffee/tea making. Two baristas and only one fulfilling orders. 20 minutes to place an order and 10 waiting for it. Zero mobil orders on counter. Employees do not care about the customers who pay their paychecks. Will not be coming back to this Starbucks again. A woman traveling through even joked, it’s like how many people does it take to screw in a light bulb. Very disappointed.
I don’t usually go to Starbucks… I was shopping in the plaza and went to grab a coffee 12/18 in the evening. Guy at register really on his game and great with customers. I was very impressed with him. Great asset to that business. Bigger guy may have had a small pony tail very friendly. I quickly got 2 coffees but I definitely noticed how he handled customers before me with larger orders
It would be quicker for you to learn how to grow the coffee beans. Harvest and process it yourself by time you've done all that. The workers at this location are just starting to comprehend they are at work.. please stop training new people on Sunday at 10am when the store is packed. Be a good union and give them OT on weekdaysFood: 1/5
Order a drink through the app. My drink was ready before the pick up time and it was made correctly. Store was clean upon entering. Fast, easy, perfect.
Place is not well maintained and there is always dirt in the floor. They used to have nice soft chairs now all the chair are made of wood and not comfortable, maybe Starbucks don’t want us to hangout too long anymore. The works experience from today was the slow service, the manager along with the staff where more playful. I believe in having fun at work but not at the expense of sense of urgency. I was in my launch brake and every minutes counts. It took about 10 minutes to get my drink. I like Starbucks but I’ll choose another location.
I love this location usually, However I was Very surprised I just got this half empty cup when I showed it to the Barista she refused to replace it. Change the service attitude. It'll reflect Starbucks real image
Love the service here! Everyone is so warm and friendly. The brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso is a must have.
I will not be returning to this location . On different occasions I asked for very light ice which never happened. I took 4 sips and my drink was gone .They don't take the time to fill their cups. On my most recent visit I just placed an order , and was not given a receipt . I asked the woman if I it was too late to get the receipt so I can apply it to my app, with an attitude she rudely pointed ,and told me I need to get to the back of the line behind 7 people.Advising they are waiting and I need to wait my turn .The manager was able to get me a receipt in less than 10 seconds. Overall she has exhibited very poor customer service throughout my visits.
This Starbucks sucks BAD. Like it’s so bad every time I come here. I don’t like the employees either! Just weird vibes and bad coffee makers. Target Starbucks is 10000000000000000000% better!
Ordered a drink through the app and stood with the rest of my group while the barista complained about the order. Once I picked up the drink the venti was a grande or less once the foam disappeared. This has never happened at any Starbucks in any state i’ve ever been. I travel for a living and go to starbucks EVERYWHERE. $7.42 for a coffee, it would be nice to get a full one, and not hear people complain about it at 5:30am.
