Staff is nice when I was ordering the drink. The wait was long as I waited for almost 25 minutes. Even people who used mobile order have to wait for a long time. I gave my cup for the drink but the barista made it into their plastic cup. She poured it back to my cup but I was hoping for an aesthetic cold foam separation. A bit disappointed. At least I’m satisfied with the drink.
Best Starbucks to pick up my morning coffee and warmed up chocolate croissant. The customer service here is excellent. Long queue at times but efficient service. I didn't wait long to get my order. I always like my drink extra hot so I don't do mobile orders.
Today a lady on the tail with eye glasses she looks like Indian racial or so as I am, she yelled at me saying what is the size of my order coz I couldn't hear her l, and all the people noticed her micro-aggression behavior. Then shifted to the too innocent nice tone to the other customers. Huge shift. This never happened to me before in Starbucks.

I do not recommend this place for Starbucks. First time here, not sure if the girl is new or not but asked for coffee prior to a double shift today. Stated couldn't make change therefore unable to offer coffee. First time at a Starbucks in over 15 years where I have had this problem. Not only did I take a ride there for the coffee but then to pay for another ride to go to work when they could not offer their services. If you have cash, this is not the place to go, many other Starbucks with exceptional services and staff. Need older and better staff that have experience in customer service.
They usually are really good but they messed up my order completely! I asked for a matcha green tea frapp with 1 pump of syrup and No whipped cream because I’m on a diet… and they didn’t even bother to follow the instructions and added the usual 3 pumps syrup and whipped cream.

I like this Starbucks a lot for lounging and doing homework away from home, or when I just need an escape. The staff are really nice and I've always had a good experience.Food: 5/5
I really like their chai latte! It’s always cozy and you can do group projects or just have a discussion with your friends over coffee!
Staff are nice but super inefficient. So many movements from so many people that translate to not much product moving. In fact at the time of writing this, one lady is making 4 backed up drinks while the others mozy about instead of catching up on orders and doing their tasks after. EDIT There is 5 employees working.
